absolutley disappointed. the check in was quite rough, as if they were totally unprepared for guests, and the room was cramped for a solo traveler. I woudl ve been more than happy with just a complimentary bottle of water, but clearly, that's asking too much. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Its proximity to Kyoto Station and easy access to local dining options made each day enjoyable. The air circulation was excellent, and the bed offered a comfortable night's sleep. Additionally, the staff assisted with directions, which significantly streamlined our visits to nearby attractions.

The cafe service could benefit from more respect for customers' ordering process.

During my stay, I found the sento bath to be less enjoyable as it could have been warmer, detracting from the overall relaxation experience I was hoping for. The room blinds, while they provided some privacy, did not effectively block out morning light, making it difficult to sleep in. Additionally, the lack of adjoining rooms limited options for my family, which was frustrating.
